Director of Operations & Client Care
With over two decades of healthcare experience, Arlenne Pettie brings compassion, leadership, and dedication to every detail of Majestic Care Solutions’ daily operations. Her background spans patient coordination, caregiver support, and administrative excellence—ensuring each client and family receives seamless, quality care.
A true advocate for people’s wellness, she finds deep fulfillment in seeing others cared for with dignity and respect. Her passion for caregiving drives her to create an environment where both clients and caregivers thrive—grounded in empathy, efficiency, and trust.
Outside of the office, Mrs. Pettie spends time with her family, traveling, crafting, and being a positive influence to everyone she encounters. Her warmth and genuine care shine through in everything she does, embodying the heart of Majestic Care Solutions.
Supporting her team, and witnessing the positive impact that personalized in-home care brings to the community is her devotion.
Irene Ramirez, BSN, RN
Director of Care Services
As the Director of Care Services at Majestic Care Solutions, Irene brings over 25 years of healthcare experience and a lifelong passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care. A Registered Nurse dedicated to excellence, Irene has served in diverse roles throughout her career—including critical care, case management, outpatient cosmetic surgery, and private in-home care for exclusive clients. Each role has shaped her holistic approach to patient and family wellness.
Currently advancing to a post-graduate master's program, Irene continues to expand her expertise to meet the evolving needs of aging adults. She is also a proud advocate for ending senior abuse, championing dignity, safety, and respect for all older adults.
Her leadership at Majestic Care Solutions is rooted in empathy, integrity, and a commitment to empowering caregivers while ensuring every client experiences compassionate, individualized support. Irene believes that caregiving is not just a service, it is a calling to uplift, protect, and bring peace of mind to families and their loved ones.
Outside of her professional role, Irene finds joy in hiking, traveling, spending time with her family, and cheering at her boys’ sports games. Her heart’s focus remains on creating meaningful connections and being a positive influence in every life she touches.

Lyah Pettie
As the Office Assistant at Majestic Care Solutions, Lyah brings energy, dedication, and versatility to the heart of MCS. A proud UCLA graduate, she supports daily operations and is always willing to step into any role needed to ensure that clients and caregivers receive exceptional service. Her adaptability and commitment to teamwork make her an essential part of the MCS family.
With a natural passion for helping others and an eye for detail, Lyah keeps the office running smoothly and efficiently—always with a positive attitude and genuine care for those around her.
Outside of work, she finds joy in dance, both as a performer and dance instructor, and expresses her creativity through poetry and writing. When she’s not moving to music or crafting words, she enjoys relaxing with a good mystery novel. Her vibrant spirit and dedication inspire those she works with, embodying the compassion and excellence that define Majestic Care Solutions.
